时间过得真快，转瞬间实习生活落下帷幕。在这为期三个月的实习生活里，我学到了很多大学课堂里学不到的知识，酸甜苦辣体会感悟颇多。大四下学期的实习，对于应届生的我们来说是将理论知识与实践相结合的重要途径，以及进入社会参加工作前的必经阶段，实习经验也是对于我们四年专业学习的系统回顾和升华，对于我们将要走入社会的学生来说是一次熟悉社会,了解社会的好机会，而这次三个月高中实习经验将是我们人生中宝贵财富。
我将简单从英语教学，实习班主任和教学研究三个方面对自己实习收获和优缺点做一个小结。
英语教学：听课-备课-上课-评课。
听课 ：前期听课只是泛泛地听，机械地记笔记像高中生一样。后来发现自己备课时不知道该如何备，找不到重点和难点。如此一来，就又重新投入认真听课，抓重难点和考点。渐渐领悟到指导老师是如何导入，如何将难点简化再简化，用学生能快速接受的方式呈现给学生，如何强化运用知识点。最后慢慢地才做到真正意义上的听课。
备课：前期我的备课只是写教案。后来在教学实践中发现，情况并不会按自己想象中的那样发展。教师应当把大量的时间用于钻研教材，翻查收集资料，了解学生，优化教学设计。其中了解学生，优化教学设计显得尤为重要。记得有一次讲课文阅读，发现很多学生读完后无法做出课后习题，我感到很奇怪阅读并不难，为什么大多数同学都不会做呢。下课后只得重新更改教学设计，把阅读理解练习题换为找出每一段落的一个关键词。让人高兴的是，同学们便可准确迅速地找出来，教材是死的，人是活的，所以引导方式很重要。备课要做到三备：备教材、备学生、备教法。讲解试卷和作业也是如此，并不是拿着一张卷子、一本作业就从头讲解到尾，而是要分析重难点、易错点、考点，有针对性讲解。同时每次课后，需要了解学生知识掌握程度，发现学生学习困难，及时调整教学节奏，改变教学方法。
上课: 前期上课，都是我一个人讲解，感觉像个人展示。后来在指导老师的帮助下，学会给学生思考时间，让学生参与课堂教学。同时多鼓励小组讨论，给机会小组展示。这样一来充分调动了学生的积极性和学习热情和学习兴趣。最后能够基本把握整个上课的启动环节、导入环节、展开环节、调整环节、结课环节。
评课：实习期间听了指导老师、实习老师、学校每周一次的教师公开课。前期评课，只是会说，这个老师讲得好，那个老师一般，另一个老师不好。只是一种最简单最直接的听课感受，后期学会分析，授课好好在何处，不好哪里还有待改进和提高。后期从教学目标、教学内容、教学程序、教学方法、教学技能、教学效果、教学特色各个方面展开论述。实话实话、共同进步。
