在当今的中国，快餐非常受欢迎，尤其是在儿童和青少年中，以至于在每一个大中城市都能看到它。甚至很难想象还有什么东西能代表现代社会的快速发展，就像快餐一样。有些人认为它非常方便，节省了很多时间。现代社会的发展趋势似乎都指向了一个终极目标-节省时间，而快餐正是为了这个目的服务的。在他们看来，它的流行也归功于餐厅干净舒适的环境，优良的服务，保证了食物和饮料的质量。

However, others maintain that fast food is usually low in nutrition and can’t be regarded as a balanced diet. For example, doctors suggest that people, especially children, eat fast food as little as possible. Besides, although cooking at home is time-consuming and the following washing-up tiresome, it offers healthy and delicious meals your body needs and likes.

As far as I’m concerned, fast food is not my best choice. For one thing, I prefer traditional spicy Chinese food. For another, being engaged in the work all day, I may spend one or two hours to prepare my favorite dishes to ensure myself a nice rest. As a result, fast food is only a good choice when I am in a hurry and resort to it once in a while.

我看见了我的朋友，跟我同班的凯文也在那里。他说跟我玩个游戏，让我说‘老鼠、老鼠、老鼠。’我就说‘老鼠、老鼠、老鼠’他说反过来说，‘鼠老、鼠老、鼠老’然后他说我是猫，他笑了一下，他觉得这样很搞笑，我觉得一点也不搞笑，我觉得我上当了。

我发现了一个橡皮擦，我见过凯文的橡皮擦就是这样子的，像一个熊的样子，两个圆形的耳朵，一个头。

我又看见了一个小小的磁铁块，我觉得很顺眼，我就跟凯文扔，我先把磁铁扔到黑板上，粘得很短，没有很高，而是有点短！第二次的时候，很高，第三次的时候越来越高了，第四次，又高了，第五次的'时候已经高得受不了了。我拿不下来，我把凯文抱起来，让凯文拿，可是凯文拿不到，我只好去找凯文的妈妈，凯文的妈妈说拿凳子，哦，我这才想起来可以踩凳子，然后我踩着凳子就拿下来了。（*^__^*）嘻嘻……该凯文扔了，凯文扔的只有中等，我扔得就很高，我是站在凳子拿下来的，凯文还说比赛，他根本就没扔到，比什么塞呀？

然后，英语就开始了，老师来了，老师说：“谁要上厕所呀？”我说：“我要去！”然后我就嗖~一溜烟儿的跑走了。

老师说：今天要考试！我很稀奇，考试，老师还拍了照，老师发了考试卷，只有一张，没有第几张，我都做对了。然后我们有到了背书的地方，把书拿出来，把它翻到20页，20页已经做完了，就翻到21页，其中一个是老师教我的，到了22页，有两个是同学帮我弄的。老师打了一个勾，老师说：“加油哦！”

今天我上课上得应该还是很认真，只不过，考试似乎不是很好。

星期六的上午，我和妈妈做了针浮在水面上的试验。首先妈妈找来了一根针、一个夹子和半盆清水。我用夹子夹着针扔了下去，针很快沉下去了。后来我反复试验，最后我用夹子夹着针小心的把它放到水面上，随后慢慢地移出了夹子，针就浮在水面上了。“妈妈，我成功了，针浮在水面上了。”我冲妈妈高兴地大喊。

I threw the needle in a clip and it sank quickly. Later, I tried again and again. At last, I carefully put it on the water surface with a clip. Then I slowly removed the clip and the pin floated on the water surface. "Mom, I made it. The needle is on the water." I shouted to my mother happily.
