Here are two pictures, both interesting but with sharply contrasted implication. As is vividly depicted in the first photo, a man is fishing with a traditional fishing rod. On the contrary, the second picture describes that the other boy is fishing with an improved fishing rod, which completes the contrast of the two pictures. Apparently, what the two drawings have subtly conveyed by their striking contrast is supposed to be given further analysis.

A conclusion could be drawn from the picture: innovation plays a vital role in our life. And my words are based upon the following two reasons. On the top of the list is that the modern society calls for innovation, which is the incentive of social improvement. In addition, there is the other point that no one can ignore. It is universally admitted that human are curious about new things, and that is the inner motivation of human.

According to the analysis above, it is advisable for us to take steps to encourage innovation. Of all the steps, mass media tends to function essentially in the work and it could make the general public realize the significance of innovation.

Maintaining Friendship

By saying “Rare as is true love, true friendship is rarer”, Jean de la Fontaine has pointed out the importance of friendship. Nowadays, it seems that people get closer to each other by means of the increasingly advanced communicating technologies, yet the closeness of hearts has in fact been distanced. Therefore, it is high time that we should attach great importance to maintain this precious sentiment.

Everyone need the warmth of friendship. In good times, friendship is flowers growing fast because we irritate it by sharing our joy and happiness; in adversity, friendship is a dose of consolation since friends are always there ready to help. Also, friendship is the effective lubricator for cooperative organizations, communities and different countries in the process of cooperation and development.

As friendship is so important in our life, actions should be taken to pursue and maintain it. The people who will help the old are the most ,they accounted for 64.8 percent of them. And also have 8.3 percent hold the view that the old shouldn’t be help.

Why don’t they help the old falls down on the street? 5.3 percent of them are lack of medical knowledge. And 7.2 percent of them think that it’s not related to them. But the major, 87.4 percent of them are afraid of getting themselves into trouble.

Through this result, we can see clearly that crisis of confidence between people. Sincere and confidence are replaced by dishonest and hypocritical. Cautious and alert are deeply rooted.

In my opinion, we all should help each other. Respect and take good care of the old is the traditional Chinese virtues. When we meet the case, we’d better call health care workers for help. Because we lack of medical knowledge may cause more harm to the old. I hope there is less harm and more worm in our life.

My name is Susanna. In our city, there was an earthquake at 8:32 yesterday evening.

I like Yao Ming very much who is the idol I like most. I like playing basketball and in my opinion, he is the best basketball player in China. When he did not, I hoped he could rearrange himself and did well in the next game. What’s more, his personalities attract me as well. He is kind-hearted and humorous.
