Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. 一天，我和妈妈及朋友一起来到了“金茂国际俱乐部”。我们做了热身运动，就钻到了水底下，水的温度是28度，可是一点都没有那么高，我感到有点冷，但我们还是坚持游了3个小时，这是因为我经常在家练习增强体质，所以才会这样。感觉有点累，我们又玩了一会……

通过学习游泳，我深深感觉到对于一件事只要我们有兴趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定会成功。
