我的英语老师很年轻，姓张。张老师的气质有多高雅，嗓音有多柔美，讲课多么富有吸引力，都是语言难以形容的。她从最基础的音标开始为班上像我一样英语底子奇差的学生补课，上新课。她让我们对着小镜子练口型，她教我们用英语读钟表。天！我总是那个最笨的，老读错的，因为中文到英文思维转换太迟钝，更因为着迷于她的口型和发音。

在我15岁的人生里，张老师是最美的女性，美到用女神作比一点都不夸张。太喜欢张老师了，枯燥的英语也趣味横生到爱得狂热。每天除了在张老师的指导下补初中英语，还争分夺秒背新单词、课文。不久后张老师进行了年级英语单词默写竞赛，我只错了一个单词获得二等奖，得到的小奖品其实只是一支普通的圆珠笔，但内心因之荡起对英语更加热爱的涟漪。

这样被激发出的.对英语的热情，很有幸遇上了初三教我们英语的范老师，得以有增无减，一发而不可收拾。范老师唐河人，教我们时年近三十。他高个子大眼睛浓眉毛，非常健谈，但并不常对我们和蔼地笑。他常常仰起头，微皱着眉，略撅起嘴，这使他看上去有一些傲慢急躁，还带点孩子气的固执。可这些都不妨碍我们喜欢他，喜欢他的英语课。老实说范老师的英语发音并不标准，和他的普通话一样带着浓浓的河南味。但是这又有什么关系呢？他那口河南味的英语加普通话飞速提高了多少学生的英语成绩啊！

范老师最特别的训练法是快速阅读。学校的电脑在范老师的办公室里。他用业余时间义务为我们打印卷子。经常一张纸正反两页都是密密麻麻的单词。每节课我们都要读一两篇小短文。阅读的时间要求在三四分钟内，不许也没时间去。我们顾不得在生词上纠缠，囫囵吞枣完全文就开始做题。

范老师响亮的声音简直就是在故意制造干扰，近乎刺耳地在教室上空回荡：“一分钟！两分钟！三分钟……时间到！”起初每次阅读教室怨声四起，但慢慢我们对他的“魔鬼式训练”从抵触到接受到喜欢。这样的强化训练真是临阵磨枪又快又光，我们做英语题的效率和能力突飞猛进，得以考场上大显身手。就拿我自己来说，初一英语成绩及格都难，现在能得了九十多。这样的大进步并不只靠勤奋刻苦，更多得益于从张老师到范老师循序渐进科学有效的教学方法。
