Today is Sunday. I went shopping with my father and mother.

星期五晚上，我和我的同学一起去邦德过万圣节。

站在邦德的门口，有一个巨大的，恐怖的鬼，迎接着我们，好像一进去就到了魔鬼的.地狱。

在里面有些同学都装成了鬼，但我跟他们不一样，我装扮的是女巫。

里面玩的就是饿死鬼投胎，我和我同学玩，首先用左手摸住耳朵，用右手捻住鼻子，弯下腰，原地转三圈，老师把薯片放到我们的鼻子上，用舌头吃薯片。我的薯片已落地了，但我的同学吃到了。她真牛！

马上万圣节就要结束了，我真想再待在那里玩。

十点钟英语节正式开始，这次主要是四年级的哥哥姐姐的节目汇报，有英文版的校歌、有英文版的小苹果、还有英文版的三只小猪舞台剧等等，都很精彩；我们三年级只是部分同学参加了字母歌的表演，我代表的字母是f，表示fish，中文意思是鱼。在台上我格外紧张，最后还是顺利的完成演出，听到台下那雷鸣班的掌声，我特别的`高兴。

这个英语节令我对英语更有兴趣了，在以后的英语课里，我会更加认真、更加努力的学习，希望我以后能像哥哥姐姐们一样， 能说出一口流利的英语。

星期四，那个下着蒙蒙细雨的早晨，怀着紧张和激动的心情，我来到了磐安教育局参加一场郑重的比赛:英语口语电视大赛。

我们经过一个小时的路程，我们来到了比赛场地。我看见几百个选手在侯场区等待，天哪！真是高手如云啊！！看到这个场面，连参加过多个比赛的我也让紧张和沉重的心情朝我涌来。我拿到了63这个号码，多少给了我一点安慰，还好不是在很前面。

让我没想到的是，前面的人一下就比好了，很快便轮到了我。我拿着我制作的道具走进了赛场。看见四个评委亲切的笑容，我又不紧张了，其中一个评委还是来自加拿大的国际友人。我面带笑容，十分流利地讲完了我的稿子，对评委说了一句：Goodbye！我高兴地走出了赛场。心里一块沉重的石头落了下来。

比赛后的没几天，我便知道了我的.名次，我拿了一等奖里的第六名。太不可思议了，我竟然拿了一等奖！可是我与决赛擦肩而过了。我觉得太可惜了，但我还是为进决赛的人高兴，希望他们能在决赛中取得好成绩。

每一次比赛，都是一次成长的过程，这场比赛，让我多了一个美好的回忆，一次成长的历练。

Today is as normal as usual, but I am very happy today. I help an old granny. When I took bus to school this morning, an old granny sat next to me. She was so gracious that looked like my own grandmother. She talked to me. Suddenly, she had a cough and then she seemed can’t breathe. I told the driver stop the bus immediately and then dialed 120 to call an ambulance. The ambulance arrived quickly.I went to the hospital with her. I help her called her son. After checking, the old granny relapsed but not very serious. When her son came, he thanked for me to call the ambulance. Seeing the old granny is fine, I leave and go to school.I was late for school, but I explained everything to my school. My teacher praised me. I am happy I could help others.

今天和平常没什么两样，但是我很高兴，因为我帮助了一位老奶奶。早上，我坐公车上学，一位老奶奶坐在我的旁边。她很慈祥，看起来像我自己的奶奶很像。她和我说话，突然她咳嗽得很严重，似乎不能呼吸了。我马上叫司机停车然后打120叫急救车。急救车很快就到了，把老奶奶送去医院，我也一起去，帮她打电话叫她的'儿子到医院。检查过后，发现老奶奶是旧病复发，不是很严重。她的儿子到医院的时候，他感谢我帮忙叫了救护车。看到老奶奶没什么事，我就离开去上学了。我迟到了，但是我跟老师解释清楚。老师表扬了我。我很开心可以帮助他人。
