My hometown is in the southeast of Shandong， a seaside village.

It is a small village. There are about 600 people. Most of them are peasants. They mainly plant wheat， corn and cotton. Some of them often go fishing in the sea.

Great changes have taken place in the past ten years. Now the peasants here use tractors in their work. A lot of new buildings have appeared. Many families own fridges and some even have air-conditioners. In the evening they watch TV as the people in cities do.

There is a primary school in the village. Most of the peasants’ children are studying in college now.

Everyone together for the future of my hometown, to contribute their strength. I believe that my parents more and more beautiful, everyone will have a very rich.

You can get off the bus at the Beach hotel stop and set the luggage or have s rest at the hotel. Then go back the road which the bus have come. The beach is not far from the hotel, you can't miss it. In the summer, I liked to go to picnic under the mountain and swim in the river. But now my hometown has changes. The mountains were blown down to build the factories, and the river was polluted by the waste water from those factories. There are no more green mountains but the smoking factories. The water of the river turns black and stinks, I can never swim in it again. And the village houses are gone too, the ugly storied houses with walls are instead. They said it is the way urbanizing is. I don’t like the changes of my hometown, it is a polluted hometown.
