Now the income gap is getting wider and wider. In some privately owned firms, joint-ventures, or foreign-fund companies, an executive’s yearly income is ten times or even a hundred times as much as an ordinary worker’s.

Faced with this situation, people will undoubtedly have different opinions. Some believe that it benefits the social and economic development since driving force is often derived from the gap. In other words, the gap inspires people and gives a push to advancement. Others speak of its side effect: income gap is often the root of social unrest and also contrary to our country’s principle.

From my point of view, while it is true that the income gap may stimulate the social development to some extent, it causes trouble as well. An income gap that is too wide for most people to bear can neither contribute to the stability of a country nor promote its economic development. Therefore, while we are advocating the rapid development of our country, we should tolerate the narrow income gap but narrow the wide one.

When I was in grade 10, I did not work hard, because I thought school was easy and I didn't have to work hard to get a good grades. I thought I was quite a genius indeed. However, when I entered grade 11, things start getting more and more difficult, and I started to acquire the habit of hard-woking by doing my homework every night, and preview school materials before school starts. Quite surprisingly, not only did I pass those difficult course, but also got a decent mark.

Therefore, hard woking is the way to discover what your potentials are and use them to your benefit. I would continue to work diligently and hopefully to achieve greatness in the future.

With its vigour of youth, Shenzhen has developed at an incredible speed. In a time range of 30 years, it has changed from a nameless fish town to one of the most prosperous city in China. And Shenzhen yet, hasn't stopped its pace of growing. In summer 20xx, it will hold the 26th Universiade whose magor stadium, Chunchan, has became a mew sight of the city. I firmly believe Shenzhen will be even more recognized worldwidely after this game.
